Traceability & Control
Wire processing in highly regulated industries (Automotive, Aerospace, Medical) requires 100% traceability. Every cut, every strip, and every crimp must be logged against a specific work order and operator.
The Autocablr OS
We abandoned Windows CE over a decade ago. Our machines run a hard real-time Linux kernel, ensuring that the control loop for servo motors is never interrupted by UI rendering.
- Job Sequencing: Load wire lists directly via XML or JSON over REST API.
- Quality Logging: Crimp force curves are stored natively in a local PostgreSQL database, queryable remotely.
- Industry 4.0: Native OPC UA server on port 4840. Exposes machine state, OEE metrics, and fault codes.
