About Autocablr

Founded on the premise that industrial machinery should last a generation.

Autocablr was established to solve a specific problem in Tier 1 automotive supply chains: the drift of calibration in high-volume wire crimping presses. Over a shift of 40,000 crimps, standard machines heat up, castings flex, and crimp heights wander out of the 0.05mm tolerance window.

We solved this by returning to fundamental mechanical principles. Massive cast iron bases to dampen vibration. Pre-loaded ground ball screws. Direct-drive servos. We do not use software to compensate for mechanical sloppiness.
